The Eleven Wise Monkeys were formed in 2008 and play in the A #1 Eastern Conference of Goalline Blitz. The 'core' members of the team originally met in Everquest back in 1999 and have travelled from MMO to MMO. We have played EQ, DAoC, WoW, Shadowbane and many other games together. Along the way we have picked up very valuable members along the way including our current Defensive Coordinator - SteelersFanatic!
With many players being recruited and brought in to the squad in recent weeks, we are looking for solid performances every week. At the end of Season 3 we were promoted from BBB #1 to A #1 and hope to continue our winning tradition at the next level. If you want to be the best, you have to play with the best!
With a strong Quaterback and a solid line, we have had no problems in putting points on the board this season. Our defense, once our achiles heel, has become our strength. Early in the season while our offense was trying to find its identity, our defense carried the day. Now that we all are on the same page, watch out USA A, here we come!
Our "mission" is to ensure that every fan that comes to the stadium has a good time and that every agent that joins our team becomes part of our family. If they decide to leave our family we can only hope that they have found themselves enriched by the experience, as we hope we find ourselves enriched by having had them fight along side us.
